First of all, that picture is not me...it is my daughter wishing I would quit taking her photograph! Lol. Well I am not going to bore you with the details of me...I am a mom, wife, friend, sister, daughter....and aspiring photographer who dreams of light, angles, looks, smiles.....I see the world through photographs and am always formulating ways in my head to get the perfect shot. Only, there is no "perfect shot".....all photos are reflection of our beautiful world and this is what is continually inspiring.

Ok..so the best idea is to be goofy and play and have fun....the shots are so much better when that happens! I think photography should be fun!! When you are having a great time it shines through. It really does! And you will find those photos are the very best photos! I generally take a bunch of pics even when you don't realize I am still snapping away lol!


The million dollar question...Where do we shoot?
The answer.......
I prefer natural light and love to be outdoors where I have tons of room to roam and climb and work and be creative! I LOVE genuine lifestyle. I am just there to observe and somehow capture a normal, loving, fun interaction between family members...or the the true essence of a teenager. Love the park? Great lets head there! State Parks, local parks, your back yard, your living room, downtown, the ball field, the pool, the lake!! It goes on and on and on! I have a great list of locations as well if you don't have any ideas that strike your fancy. I am game for anything! Sometimes the best locations honestly are your own living space!!!
